Selectric is a family run business which was founded over 35 years ago by our present Chairman Mr Jack Ellis.
We are a worldwide manufacturer, importer and exporter of electrical products from China and Europe and have over 4000 products in our inventory with a turnover in excess of £10 million. Our head office and distribution facilities of 60,000 square feet are based in Salford, Manchester giving easy links to the motorway networks and s
urrounding areas.

Certification
Selectric places great emphasis on the quality and reliability of the products we offer. All products produced and distributed comply with the latest European and British standards. All our products go through rigorous testing and have certification to prove they meet the requirements of the market before any item goes on sale. The standards provide a shorthand way of claiming that certain specifications are met, while encouraging manufacturers to adhere to a common method for such a specification.
Selectric has ASTA approval on a wide range of wiring accessories. The ASTA marks and / or type test certificates clearly indicate that the product has been independently tested to comply with the relevant clauses of the applicable standards. ASTA helps to differentiate quality brands to the supply chain, leaving you with complete peace of mind when using ASTA certified Selectric products.
