Our extensive lighting range covers both exterior and interior applications, spanning multiple categories, including LED strips, downlights, surface fittings, commercial, industrial, outdoor, track and projectors, kitchen and furniture, bathroom, emergency, and lamps. Our head office in Dublin, covering 100,000 sq. ft., also operates as a distribution hub, a conversion center, and a lighting design provider. Our extensive experience has shown that high-quality products are only possible with electrical contractor-led design. That is why we pioneered an industry-leading initiative: each year, we arrange for hundreds of contractors and wholesalers from across the UK and Ireland to visit our dedicated Visitor Centre in Dublin. This hands-on experience allows us to directly engage with key stakeholders, gather meaningful insights, and strengthen our relationships, setting us apart in the industry. Our New Product Development team regularly holds focus groups with visiting customers for continuous learning about what matters most to electricians. This initiative has been so successful that this year we opened a second Visitor Centre in Liverpool to serve our UK customers on their doorstep.
Through our contractor-focused strategy and dedication to quality, we consistently achieve successful innovation. Last year, we launched ZIIIGNA, a new custom linear lighting product category, developed through strong collaboration among our Lighting Design, Conversions, Technical, and New Product Development teams. In addition, this year we have expanded into the sports lighting market with STADION, a comprehensive solution encompassing lighting design and aftercare support, all implemented to enhance the efficiency of the electrician’s workday.
Our contractor focus continues to aftercare support with our sales team handling over 4,000 calls each month. They are supported by our WhatsApp channel, enabling real-time image and video sharing for faster solutions, and our contractor solution app, MyROBUS.
